| 摘 要： | 利用L9(34)正交设计,研究了4种不同因素:IBA、6-BA、蔗糖含量及活性炭含量配合使用对铺地百里香增殖快繁培养的影响.经直观分析、方差分析和多重比较进行综合评价,筛选出最佳铺地百里香增殖培养基为MS IBA 1.0 mg/L 6-BA 0.1 mg/L 蔗糖20%.

| Abstract: | The effects of IBA,6-BA,content of sucrose and content of active carbon in different combinations and different concentrations on proliferation of Thymus serpyllum were studied by using orthogonal design L9(34).The date subjected to visual analysis,variance analysis and multiple comparision.The results indicated the optimum media were:MS IBA 1.0 mg/L 6-BA 0.1 mg/L sucrose 20% for proliferation. |
