| 摘 要： | 通过对1979～2008年宜州市出现的严重洪涝灾害灾情进行分析,指出宜州市洪涝灾害主要有频发率高、季节性强、突发性强、中小洪涝为主的特征;特别是90年代以来,宜州市出现洪涝灾害周期比过去短,经济损失也越来越大的特点。据此,本文提出一些洪涝灾害的防灾减灾对策建议:加大防灾减灾法规和科普知识的宣传力度;加快水土保持治理;增加经费投入;建立洪水保险、救灾及灾后重建机制。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the serious situation of floods disaster which appeared in Yizhou during 1979 to 2008,the characters of the floods disaster in Yizhou are included as follows:high fre-quency,strong seasonal,sudden occurrence and mainly in medium and small floods.Especially since 1990's,the emergence cycle of flood disasters in Yizhou is shorter than that in the past,the economic losses are also increasing,Suggestions of disaster prevention and mitigation are proposed |
