| 摘 要： | 食品质量安全状况是一个国家经济发展水平和人民生活质量的重要标志。蔬菜作为最基本的生活消费品之一，其安全问题关系到整个国民的健康。本文分析了我国蔬菜安全管理存在的问题并针对其不足之处并提出了建设意见。
