| 摘 要： | 阐述规划环境影响的概念、起源、发展以及近年来在我国开展的情况,结合我国风景名胜区的资源及环境特点,论述了开展风景名胜区总体规划环境影响评价的必要性,并以巢湖风景名胜区为例,对风景名胜区规划环评的环境影响进行了分析识别,确定了主要环境影响识别因素,并在此基础上,初步提出了巢湖风景名胜区规划环境影响评价的指标体系。
