摘    要:报道了一种微萃取技术测定自来水中卤代烃的新方法。柱温110℃,尾吹气流量大于35 ml/min(总流量大于55 ml/min),检测器温度140℃为该试验最佳条件。采用有机相与水样比例为1∶50的液-液萃取-GC-ECD法测定自来水中卤代烃,最低检出限为1μg/L左右,变异系数小于10%。

Abstract:A new method of using micro-extraction technology to measure the halohydrocarbon in tap water was reported.Experiment showed that the optimum condition was 110 ℃ column temperature,140 ℃ detector temperature and larger than 35 ml/min flux of huff(total flux larger than 55 ml/min).The method of liquid-liquid extraction-GC-ECD was used to measure the halohydrocarbon in tap water and the proportion between organic facies and water sample was 1∶50.The minimum detection limit was about 1 μg/L and variation coefficient was smaller than 10 %.
