曼陀罗栽培前后的抗性生理变化

摘    要:对曼陀罗人工栽培前后的SOD、POD、CAT活性以及MDA含量等抗性生理指标的研究结果表明:栽培曼陀罗的3种保护酶活性及MDA含量均低于野生的,且达极显著水平(P<0.01)。说明这些变化均与生长环境密切相关。

Abstract:In this paper,the antioxidant activity of SOD,POD and CAT,and MDA content in Datura stramonium L.before and after artificial cultivation were determined.The results showed that the activity of these three protective enzymes and MDA content in cultivated Datura stramonium were significantly lower(P<0.01) than those in wild Datura stramonium.These changes were closely related to their growth environment.
