广亲和恢复系T9530的选育与利用研究初报

摘    要:用粳型广亲和恢复系轮回 42 2与中间型 82 1 9杂交选育而成的广亲和恢复系T9530 ,经与不同细胞质的籼粳不育系测交配组 ,其结果表明 ,杂种优势强 ,穗大粒多 ,结实率都在 70 %以上 ,其中与龙特浦 A配组 ,结实率达 86.3%。与不同来源的常规籼粳品种杂交 ,子一代的亲和性好 ,优势强 ,尤其与籼稻品种杂交 ,更显出了籼粳亚种间的强大优势 ,与品种间杂种相比具有更大的生产潜力

Abstract:T9530 of wild compatibility restorers is produced by a hybrid of returning 422 and medium 8219 in japonica wild compatibility restorers. After some combinations of japonica species in different cytoplasm, the result indicates that hybrid species is powerful and produces big spike type. The rate of fruits is above 70%. Among them the combination with Longtepu A, the rate reaches to 86 3%, which indicates that the second generation has strong compatibility, especially combined with japonica species, it is remarkable latent ability of product.[HJ5:1]
