壳聚糖抑菌作用的研究

摘    要:利用纸碟抑菌圈法,对分离自贮藏期马铃薯腐烂块茎的3种细菌(欧文氏菌Erwinia persicinus,泛菌属菌Pantoea sp.和假单胞菌Pseudomonas sp).进行了抑菌效果的研究。试验药剂为壳聚糖、双氧水和农用药剂爱诺链宝,后两种药剂作为对照。结果表明,壳聚糖的抑菌效果最好,即使最低浓度的壳聚糖(1.0%)对3种细菌的抑制效果也较最大浓度的其它两种药剂明显,并且随着壳聚糖浓度的增大抑菌效果增加,超过最适浓度后抑菌效果下降。对不同的细菌种类,同一浓度的壳聚糖有着不同的抑菌效果。

Abstract:Inhibition effects of chitosan isolated from rotten potato tubers on Erwinia persicinus,Pantoea sp.and Pseudomonas sp.were studied by the paper dishzone inhibition assay.Three kinds of reagents were chitosan,H2O2 and bactericide,with H2O2 and bactericide being as reference groups.The inhibition effect of chitosan was best,even though the lowest concentration of chitosan(1.0%) was better than the highest concentration of the other two reagents.With the increase in chitosan,the inhibition effect was enhanced,but it was decreased beyond the optimum concentration.The same concentration of chitosan had different inhibition effects on different species of bacteria.
