变截面管换热器的流体力学性能研究

摘    要:根据流体力学的基本理论,建立了变截面管束的理论计算模型,应用当量直径的概念和叠加原理,推导出变截面管束管外流道中的流速分布和压力降的计算公式,为今后进一步提高变截面管换热器的传热和阻力性能提供理论参考和对比依据。

Abstract: A theoretical calculation model of variable cross-section tube bundle was put forward based on the fundamental theory of hydrodynamics. According to the concept of equivalent diameter and the superimposition principle, the calculation equations of flow velocity as well as the pressure drop of variable cross-section tube bundle were deduced, which provides reference for the improvement of heat transfer performance and hydrodynamic resistance variable cross-section heat exchanger.
