哈密瓜生长期果实腐烂病病原菌的分离、回接与鉴定

摘    要:进行了哈密瓜生长期果实腐烂病病原菌的分离与纯化以及病原菌的回接试验、哈密瓜苗期接种、哈密瓜接种试验.结果表明,筛选出的 7个菌株均可侵染哈密瓜幼苗和哈密瓜,回接后分离获得菌的培养形状与初次分离菌相同.通过病原菌细菌形态特征观察、致病性测定以及生理生化测定,确定哈密瓜生长期果实腐烂病病原菌种为:丁香假单孢菌黄瓜致病变种(Pseudomanas syringae pv.lachrymans),燕麦食酸菌西瓜亚种(Acidovorax avenae subsp.citrulli Willems et al.),在KB培养基上培养不产生荧光,革兰氏染色为阴性,鞭毛极生3~4根.

Abstract:In this paper,the experiment of isolation,inoculation and identification of pathogen of Hami-muskmelon fruit rot at growth were conducted. The results showed that 7 bacteria strains from Hami-muskmelon samples were able to cause the typical symptom of Hami-muskmelon fruit rot,and then the strains from the infected plant were inoculated on cemore,and it still caused the typical symptom.Accordig to the shape of the bacteria,pathogenicity test,physiology and biochemistry test,the pathogen of Hami-muskmelon is identified as Pseudominas syringae pv.lachrymans and Acidovorax avenae subsp.citrulli Willems et al..
