社区保护地:缘起发展、地位作用与当代价值

社区保护地是世居民族基于当地传统生态智慧自发地对生态环境进行保护和管理的实践产物，是人与自然和谐相处的典范。文中通过梳理国内外社区保护地的缘起和发展脉络，指出其发展贯穿于当地世居民族的生态保护实践过程中；通过对社区保护地地位与作用的分析，阐明其在保护主体、保护方法、保护对象、保护动力、保护效果等方面均与自然保护地相补充，可多方位助力我国自然保护地体系建设；在此基础上对社区保护地由生态价值、文化价值、精神价值和社会价值构成的多元价值体系进行挖掘剖析，旨在提高认知深度，为后续保护与发展奠定基础。

Community Protected Areas: Origin,Development, Status,Role and Contemporary Value

Community protected areas are the products from spontaneous protection and management of ecological environments by indigenous people using their traditional ecological wisdom, and they are the model of harmonious coexistence between human and nature. The paper analyzes the origins and the development history of community protected areas at home and abroad, and points out that the developmental process runs through the ecological protection practices of indigenous people. With the analysis of the status and role of community protected areas, it is clarified that community protected areas are complementary to protected natural areas in aspects of protection subject, protection method, protection object, protection motivation and protection effect, and it can make contribution to China’s protected natural area system establishment in various ways. On this basis, the multi-value system of community protected areas that are comprised of ecological value, cultural value, spiritual value and social value is explored and analyzed, with the aim at increasing the understanding and laying a foundation for subsequent conservation and development.
