摘    要:重组竹作为一种新型绿色可持续材料,近些年的应用越来越广泛。全方位系统研究重组竹对其应用推广具有重要意义。文中主要阐述了重组竹的工艺与性能、设计与应用、材料感性评价3个方面的研究现状。在材料方面,对影响重组竹性能的因素进行了总结,其静曲强度最高可达398.0 MPa,抗拉强度最高为199.3 MPa;在设计方面,总结了限制重组竹在建筑和家具设计中发展的原因,并提出相应的发展建议及研究方向;在感性评价方面,提出将人机交互方法融于重组竹材料和应用设计中,把控视觉和触觉情感体验。最后,提出“制备—设计—评价”一体化的研究策略,建立感性评价体系,以提升重组竹材料及其应用设计的情感体验。

Process Performance,Application Design,and Kansei Evaluation of Bamboo Scrimber in China: A Review

Abstract:As an eco-friendly and sustainable material, bamboo scrimber (BS) has been widely used in recent years. The comprehensive and systematic study of BS is significant for its application and extension. This paper describes the current research on process and performance, design and application, and Kansei evaluation of BS. In terms of materials, the factors affecting BS performance are concluded. The modulus of rupture (MOR) and the tensile strength are at the highest when they reach 398.0 MPa and 199.3 MPa respectively. In terms of design, the reasons restricting the BS application in architecture and furniture design are discussed, and research directions and corresponding suggestions are put forward. As for Kansei evaluation, the method of human-computer interaction is integrated into the design of BS materials and applications to control the visual and tactile emotional experience. Consequently, an integrated strategy of “preparation-design-evaluation” is proposed for establishing the Kansei evaluation system so as to improve the emotional experience of BS materials and their application design.
