包衣处理对魔芋试管微球茎萌发及生长的影响

摘    要:魔芋试管微球茎TMB作为一种新型的魔芋组培繁育体系,对魔芋良种体系的建立具有重大的意义。实验以花魔芋、白魔芋为实验材料,在对魔芋TMB包衣处理部分工艺优化的基础上,对包衣处理的魔芋TMB进行了萌发及生长的对比实验。结果表明,包衣处理过程中包衣剂的最佳组分的最优条件组合为:Kt 0.07,GA3 0.1,NAA 0.06,褐藻酸纳7%,包衣过程中对其萌发率的影响的大小顺序为Kt浓度>NAA浓度>GA3浓度>褐藻酸浓度;包衣处理不仅可以提高TMB的萌发率,促进魔芋的生长,而且可以提高采收时子球茎的数量和大小。

Abstract:Test-tube micro-bulbodium which as a new propagation system in tissue culture is very important to establish high-quality seed system in Amorphophallus blume,A.albus and A.konjac were used in this expe-riment to select optimization component of coating material in coating processing,to study the effect of coating treatment on germination ratio and growth of TMB.The result showed the best component in coating TMB is Kt 0.07,GA3 0.1,NAA 0.06,sodium alginate 7%,the proper order among these factors were Kt concentration> NAA concentration > GA3 concentration > sodium alginate concentration.It also showed coating not only could increase TMB germination and growth,but also could improve the quantity and the size of offspring bulb at harvest.
