| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,在农村中出现了许多农村精英,他们在现代化进程中发挥着不可替代的作用。正是在这些精英的领导下,政府成功地推动了农村现代化的进程。然而目前农村精英们面临"第二次转化",即由经济精英向政治精英转化时出现了许多新的问题,如何解决这些问题是成为制约农村更快更好发展的瓶颈。

| Abstract: | Since the openness and reform,there are many village elites in the village,They play the role of unreplacement in process of modernization.Under the leadership of the elites,government promotes the modernized process successfully.The village elites face the second transformation.There are many new problems when economic elite changed toward political elite.These problems are the bottlenecks restrict rural development. |
