棉花凝集素与棉花枯萎病关系的研究

摘    要: 采用血凝技术检测棉花各阶段各组织的浸提液和棉花种子分离的蛋白质组分的血凝活性, 并进行枯萎病菌培养试验,结果发现:⑴棉花品种抗枯萎病能力与其种子血凝活性呈正相关;⑵抗枯萎病的棉花品种血凝活性主要表现在以下各个部位:种子的子叶,种子萌发阶段的胚根,棉苗生长阶段的根、茎的韧皮部、叶片以及授粉后种子形成的第45-55天直至成熟;⑶抗病品种种子浸提液及其分离的蛋白质组分能显著抑制枯萎病菌生长;⑷在一定范围内,较高(50-100g/0.1m#+2)的枯萎病菌菌量可能是棉花抗枯萎病基因充分表达的重要诱导因素,棉花凝集素的合成受棉花枯萎病菌的调控。

Abstract:By means of hemagglutination technique,isolation of components in cotton seed and culture of Fusarium wilt pathogens, we found:1. The wilt-resistance of cotton is positively related with the extent of the agglutination of rabbit red blood cells when the suspensoin ot rabbit red blood cells is mixed with the extract of cotton seed under certain condition.2. The hemagglutination activity exists in cotyledon of seed; radicle of seed germination; root, stem phloem, leaves of cotton plant and 45-55days of seed formation stage after pollination of wilt-resistant cotton.3. The extract of wilt-resistant cotton seed and the isolated 60-80 fraction from wilt-resistant cotton seed posses higher hemagglutination activity and inhibit the growth of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum.4. within 0-100g/0.1m~2range, the higher F. oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum quantity may possibly be an important induced factor to express gene against F. oxysporum f.sp. vasinfectum; the synthesis of cotton lectin is regulated by F. oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum.
