朱顶红组培株生长习性的观察

 以朱顶红花器官或鳞茎切块为材料，在Ms+IAA0.1-1毫克/升或NAA0.01-0.5+6-BA0.5-2毫克/升的培养基上诱导成苗，对组培株分球习性、生长能力、开花习性进行了观察。当母球鳞茎平均为6.19cm时，子球年分化率为14.56,是一般分球繁殖的5-7倍。母球球径大小与子球数、子球径相关性极显著。随母球球径的增大，球径年增长率明显下降，一般5cm以上种球抽薹率为100%，花期明显提前。7cm以上种球花序数明显增加。

THE INVESTIGATION ON THE GROWTH HABIT OF TISSUECULTURED PLANTLET OF BARBADOSLILY (AMARYLLIS VITTATA AIT.)

Plantlets were derived from floral organ or bulb segment on the media containing basal Ms contents IAA0.1.1g/l Or Ms NAA 0.01-0.5 mg/l BAP 0.5-2 mg/l. Bulblet forming habit, growth capacity and blooming habit were investigated. The bulblet forming rate of the bulb with 6.19 cm in diameter was 14.56%, which was 5-7 times as high as that of vegetatively propagated bulb. There was a remarkable interrelation between the size (in diameter) of the bulb and the number and size of bulblets formed from it. The annual growth of bulb size retarded with its increase in size. Bulbs with 5 cm or above in diameter bolted at the rate of 100% and bloomed at much earlier stage. The number of inflorescences produced from bulbs 7 cm or more in diameter was markedly increased.
