| 摘 要： | 从可持续发展的角度,建立了县域可持续发展评价框架。以温县为例,构建出如下4个系统、15个指标的县域可持续发展指标体系,按照温县提出的发展目标,利用协调度模型对温县可持续发展能力做出了评价,并对该县的发展程度和存在的问题做了具体分析。

| Abstract: | On the viewpoint of sustainable development, evaluation frame of the country is established. The study of demonstration is made by taking Wen Country as an example. A set of evaluative index system of capacity to sustainable development in country was established in the paper. The index system has four subsystems and fifteen indexes. According to the Wen Country's development aims, using the model of coordinating degree, the capacity to sustainable was evaluated. A concrete analysis of the developing degree of the country was made and the existing problems were analyzed. |
