摘    要:选用 10个草菇菌株作为亲本 ,相互交配获得 4 5个杂交菌株 .品比试验结果表明 :大多数高产杂交组合的两个亲本都具有较高的一般配合力 ,双亲间又具有较高的特殊配合力 ;单孢菌株普遍表现为出菇晚、产量低 ;不论是亲本、单孢菌株还是杂交菌株 ,出菇早的菌株普遍产量较高 ,出菇晚的产量低 .同工酶分析结果表明 ,h0 4、h32、h33是杂交种

Abstract:Ten Volvariella volvacea strains were used as parents and 45 hybrid strains were produced. Most of the hybrid strains with high yield were derived from the parents with high general combining ability and specific combining ability. Monosporous strains generally performed late fruiting and low yield. Early fruiting parents, monosporous strains and hybrid strains had relatively high yield while late fruiting ones had relatively low yield. As a result of isoenzyme analysis, h04, h32 and h33 were hybrids.
