Abstract:Inthis paper,the characteristics of optimization equipment for large-scale production of wheat and corn crops are discussed,the large-scale production of wheat and corn in Shandong province was investigated,a production technology mode suitable for Shandong province wheat and corn two crops large-scale periodic tillage(4 years)was formulated.This paper presents a technology model organization method based on production link which is suitable for the establishment of general mathematical model.This method organizes the periodic tillage technique pattern by different working units.The expert method is adopted to optimize the matching and selection of the unit.Aiming at the minimum activity cost,the general mathematical model of agricultural machinery equipment optimization and allocation is established by using linear programming method and integer programming method respectively.The basic database of optimal allocation was established,the system of agricultural machinery equipment was developed,and the optimal allocation scheme was generated.The results show that the activity-based cost of linear programming is 15%~35%lower than that of the actual scale,and that of integer programming is lower than that of linear programming.It can be seen that the optimization results of large-scale production technology and equipment of wheat and corn crops in this paper are correct and reasonable.
