Abstract:Walnut drying is an important link in the production process of walnuts.The quality of dried walnuts will affect the sales price and sales volume of walnuts.Technology promotes the development of society.With the advancement of human civilization,the improvement of material living standards,and changes in the market environment,people have put forward higher requirements for the quality of walnuts.The control system,heating device,internal structure and other aspects of the walnut dryer are continuously optimized with technological innovation.This paper summarizes the application and research status of walnut drying technology,and puts forwardthe future development direction,which promotes the development of walnut drying technology to meet the social needs from improving the quality of walnut,increasing the market competitiveness,and ensuring food safety.
