基于PLC的智能插秧机监控系统研究

摘    要:智能插秧机具有作业效率高、插秧质量高等优点,逐渐取代传统人工插秧作业,但传统的智能插秧机在作业工程中仍然需要人工监控,以便及时处理插秧机出现的故障问题。为此,设计了基于PLC的智能插秧机监控系统,完成了监控系统总体结构的设计,通过硬件选型和软件设计,确定了合理可靠的功能模块。该监控系统能够实时监测智能插秧机的工作状态,远程控制智能插秧机作业,可及时对插秧机的故障进行反馈报警,且结构简单、控制精度高,具有较高的安全性和稳定性,在农业生产上具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:With the continuous deepening of automation technology in agricultural production applications,intelligent rice transplanter has the advantages of high work efficiency and high quality of transplanting,which gradually replaces traditional manual transplanting operations.However,intelligent rice transplanting machines still need manual monitoring in operation engineering to handling problems with the transplanter.This paper studies the PLC-based intelligent rice transplanter monitoring system,completes the design of the overall structure of the monitoring system,determines the reasonable and reliable functional modules through hardware selection and hardware design,and finally completes the software flow design of the intelligent rice transplanter monitoring system.The monitoring system can monitor the working state of the intelligent rice transplanter in real time,remotely control the operation of the intelligent rice transplanter,and simultaneously feedback and alarm the fault of the rice transplanter.The intelligent rice transplanter monitoring system has simple structure,high control precision,high safety and stability,and has certain promotion value in agricultural production.
