自动插秧机协同化建模与PLC控制应用研究

摘    要:针对自动插秧机的结构缺陷和作业效率较低的问题,基于PLC控制对自动插秧机的结构进行了协同化建模。自动插秧机的主要组成部分为辅助行走机构、液压升降系统、分插机构和自动导航系统等。通过对插秧机的分插机构进行建模,进行运动学、动力学和结构力学分析,使得分插机构能够满足设计要求,保证插秧机的总体水平和性能。试验结果表明:自动插秧机的作业状态良好,可以达到自动插秧的目的,符合插秧机的作业要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of structure defects and low operating efficiency of automatic transplanter,the structure of automatic transplanter was collaborative modeled based on PLC.The automatic transplanter was constituted of walking aid equipment,hydraulic lift system,transplanting mechanism and automatic navigation system.To make the transplanting mechanism meet the design requirement and ensure the performance and level of automatic transplanter,the collaborative structure was modeled and researched,and kinetics,dynamics and structural mechanics was analyzed.The seeding needle state and plant test results show that the automatic trnsplanter has good condition.It could meet the requirement of automatic planting,and meet the operation requirement of transplanter.
