基于PID控制技术的喷雾机均匀化作业设计

摘    要:针对喷雾机作业过程喷雾均匀化程度较低的问题,基于PID控制技术对喷雾机均匀化作业进行了设计。该喷雾机为智能喷杆喷雾机,主要组成为转向控制系统、智能平衡控制系统、变量施药系统和显示系统。喷雾机的电机采用PID控制器进行控制,利用PID控制算法—积分分离算法对电机进行闭环调速,保证喷雾机的均匀化作业。为验证喷雾机的作业性能,对其进行平衡和均匀化试验验证,结果表明:其平衡性能和均匀化作业性能良好,能够满足喷雾机的作业要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of low uniformity during the spray process of the sprayer,the sprayer uniformity operation process based on PID control technology was designed and researched.The sprayer was intelligent rod sprayer,it was constituted of steering control system,intelligent balance control system,variable delivery system and presentation system.The motor of the sprayer was controlled of PID controller.The motor speed was closed loop controlled by PID control arithmetic-integral separation algorithm to ensure uniformity operation of the sprayer.To verify the performance of the sprayer,the balance and uniformity tests were conducted.The results show that the performance of balance and uniformity were well,it could meet the requirements of sprayer.
