摘    要:基于PLC和触摸屏技术,采用PLC程序控制可调节控制的间歇式微波干燥方式,开发了一套板椒干燥机智能控制系统,可实现自动连续生产;整个生产线被设计成蛇形隧道式结构,这种蛇形结构使设备结构紧凑、减少场地占用面积;控制系统可根据板椒的原始水分调节间歇的速度,提高板椒干燥的品质。通过对板椒的生产加工试验得出,板椒的干燥品质良好,成品率达到98%以上,达到了设计要求。

Abstract:This design is based on PLC and touch screen technology,using PLC program control adjustable control of intermittent microwave drying mode,developed a plate pepper drying intelligent control system,can achieve automatic continuous production.The whole production line is designed as a serpentine tunnel structure,which makes the equipment compact and reduces the occupied area of the site.The control system can adjust the intermittent speed according to the original moisture content of plate pepper and improve the drying quality of plate pepper.Through the production and processing test of plate pepper,it was concluded that the drying quality of plate pepper was good,and the yield rate reached more than 98%,which met the design requirements.
