Abstract:Cabbage is one of the favorite vegetables,and it is grown in various places in China.However,China's cabbage harvest still relies on labor,labor intensity,high operating cost and low production efficiency,resulting in a significant increase in the production cost of cabbage,and the mechanized harvest of cabbage is becoming more and more urgent.This paper takes the cabbage in Jiangsu and Zhejiang as the research object,and uses Solidworks 3D software to draw a virtual prototype on the computer.Based on the virtual prototype technology and the previous field experiment,the 4GYZ-1200 cabbage harvester physical prototype is designed and prototyped.After entering the field test,when the advance speed of the machine is 0.4m/s,the sample has the best harvesting effect,the extraction success rate is 93%,the delivery success rate is 92.5%,and the pass rate is 91.9%.Mechanized harvesting capacity.
