农机发动机涂层电容传感器故障诊断仿真研究

摘    要:发动机是农机的重要部件,如果发动机上部件存在缺陷将严重影响农机性能的发挥。为了实现发动机涂层和管路的无损检测,将电容传感器引入到了故障检测系统的设计上,并利用ANSYS有限元仿真软件对故障诊断的效果进行了仿真模拟。为了使管路和涂层模型能够顺利地进行网格划分,采用了模型分块划分网格的方法,通过有限元管路和涂层的电容电场分布情况的模拟,得到了管路空管和满管、涂层的电场分布情况,并对关键参数进行了提取,对部件是否存在故障进行了成功的诊断,为农机发动机无损检测技术的研究提供了重要的技术参考。

Abstract:The engine is an important part of the tractor,if there are defects in the engine parts,it will seriously affect the performance of the tractor.In order to achieve the nondestructive testing of the engine coating and pipeline,it introduced the capacitance sensor into the design of the fault detection system,and simulated the effect of fault diagnosis by ANSYS finite element simulation software.In order to make the pipeline and coating model mesh smoothly,the model is meshed into blocks.Through the simulation of the electric field distribution of the capacitance of the pipeline and coating by finite element method,it obtained the electric field distribution of the empty pipe,the full pipe and the coating of the pipeline,and extracted the key parameters and successfully diagnosed the fault of the components,which provides an important technical reference for the research of dynamic nondestructive testing technology.
