摘    要:为了提高气吸式电驱动排种器的电机控制系统特性,在分析无刷直流电机数学模型的基础上,采用滞环控制与SMC滑膜控制策略结合的方法,对电机转速进行控制,并在MatLab/Simulink软件上对驱动电机的控制系统建立了仿真模型。仿真结果表明:驱动电机控制系统可在0.2s内快速响应,0.4s时突加负载,驱动电机的转速基本没有变化,启动与加载时运行平稳。

Abstract:In order to achieve the electric seeding machine precision seeding,to improve the uniformity of planting and yield.A new method for calculating the torque of double closed-loop control system is proposed for the problem between the speed of motor.Based on the study of brushless DC motor characteristics and load speed and torque calculation,the parameters and corresponding functions are determined,the speed of the motor is controlled by PID control strategy.In the Matlab/Simulink software,the double closed-loop control system of the motor.The simulation model is established and simulated.The simulation results show that the system can better monitor the rotor speed and have good stability,and the system feedback speed agrees well with the seeder speed calculation.A test platform for the control system of the brushless DC motor connected to the electric air suction type metering device was set up,the test results also show that the test data and simulation results are closer,the method can adjust the rotational speed of the motor with the speed of the motor,and verify the effectiveness and practicability of the method.
