摘    要:针对目前杂粮机械化收获过程中因茎秆缠绕堵塞影响脱粒性能的问题,基于数字散斑相关方法设计了谷物脱粒运动试验系统。系统由脱粒试验装置和测试系统组成,可进行单脱粒滚筒脱粒性能试验和双脱粒滚筒脱粒性能试验及脱粒运动分析。脱粒运动试验表明:物料在两脱粒滚筒间的上部运动方向无规律、一级脱粒滚筒脱出的长茎秆过多造成了脱粒运动堵塞。试验系统可实现复杂环境下的物料全景运动分析,解决了由于物料成分复杂、像移模糊造成的图像分析困难问题。研究结果为解决杂粮脱粒堵塞问题提供了参考。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of stem winding and blockage affecting threshing performance in the process of mechanized grain harvesting,an experimental system for grain threshing kinematic was designed based on Digital Speckle Correlation Method.The system consists of a threshing test device and a testing system.It can be used for threshing performance test and kinematic analysis of single threshing drum or double threshing drums.The results show that irregular movement of the upper material between the two threshing cylinders and long stalks from the first stage threshing drum cause the blockage of threshing movement.The test system can realize the panoramic motion analysis of materials in complex environment,and solve the problem of image analysis caused by complex material composition and blurred image motion.The research results provide a reference for solving the problem of grain threshing blockage.
