Abstract:In order to further improve the intelligent communication level of crop harvester,the communication system of crop harvester was studied from the perspective of precise network concept.Comprehensively understood the mechanism of one-stop centralized harvesting operation of intelligent harvester,considering the non-linear characteristics of vehicle movement and the relationship between movement parameters of harvesting executing components(roll picking system and connecting components)and crop harvesting damage,a precise network communication control model of this type of intelligent crop harvester was established,then the core algorithm of data sensing fusion was used to design hardware configuration and software control driver for communication system,and the application test of communication system was carried out.The results showed that the transmission errors of speed and height setting values of harvesters and communication devices were 5.33%and 2.12%respectively.The transmission errors of speed and position setting of executive components and communication system were 2.57%and 7.27%respectively,which were all controlled within 7.5%,and meet the requirements of control and communication accuracy of harvesters.The application research would provide reference for the development of crop harvesters and similar agricultural machinery equipment in the direction of intellectualization and precision,and would be a better popularization value.
