摘    要:当前,我国已开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化对科研事业单位人才队伍治理能力提出更高要求。准确把握近年来我国科研事业单位人才团队建设方面研究的新进展,面向新时期提出研究建议,对不断深化该领域研究具有重要现实意义。文章在大量收集、查阅、整理文献的基础上,借助CNKI高频关键词共现网络图谱分析方法,梳理出2010年以来相关主要研究主题,归纳了相应的研究进展,分析了存在的问题,并结合新时期国家治理体系与治理能力现代化的新要求,对今后研究的重点方向和关注点提出了建议。

Abstract:China has opened a new journey of building a socialist modernization country in an all-round way,and promotes the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity will put forward higher requirements for the governance level of talent team in public welfare scientific institutions.And it is of great practical significance to accurately grasp the new progress of talent team construction and put forward research suggestions in the new era for deepening the research on talent team.Based on a large number of literature collection and collation,the co-occurrence network graph spectrum analysis method of CNKI high-frequency keywords was used in the paper to sort out main research topics from 2010 to 2020.The corresponding research progress was summarized,the existing problems analyzed.Suggestions were put forward on the key direction and focus of future research with the new requirements of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.
