Abstract:Aiming at the current stage,the vegetable transplanter is mainly semi-automatic,with relatively low working efficiency,a fully-automatic vegetable transplanter based on single-chip microcomputer control is designed.According to the actual design requirements,the design parameters for determining the actual distance and specification of the disc are:width 28cm,length 64cm,the distance between the hole and the middle of the hole is 4cm,the height of the hole disk is 3cm,the distance between the hole edge is 2.5cm,and the specification of the disc is:90 points.STC 89C52RC is selected for automatic transplanter control system.The machine is controlled as the carrier in the system mode.The actual transplanting experiment was carried out by using"Zaohong No.1"chili seedling with 61d seedling age.The average seedling height of'Zaohong No.1'was 16.52 cm,and the speed that tractors needed to control was 1.2 km·h.The results showed that the success probability of seedling collection was 98.52%,the success probability of seedling feeding was 95.56%,and the probability of 56 plants/min,holes set in the planting process was 5.56%.The results showed that the success probability of seedling collection was 98.52%,the success probability of seedling feeding was 95.56%,and the frequency set during planting was 5.56%.The probability of lodging was 2.96%,and the probability of success of planting was 91.48%.
