基于UG的农用拖拉机结构设计分析

摘    要:针对拖拉机结构设计过程中研制周期较长、成本高的问题,基于UG对拖拉机的结构设计进行了分析。拖拉机主要由发动机、传动控制系统、四轮驱动系统和液压提升系统组成。通过UG软件,采用有限元法对拖拉机的结构进行分析,包括建立传动轴的有限元模型及分析其动力学特性,以确保拖拉机作业过程的稳定性。实际应用结果表明:拖拉机的传动轴不会出现与齿轮共振的情况,振型对拖拉机工作没有影响,拖拉机结构稳定。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of long developing period and high cost in structure design of agricultural tractor,the tractor structure was analyzed based on UG.The tractor structure was constituted of engine,drive control system,four-wheel drive system and hydraulic pump system.The tractor structure was analyzed by the finite element method of UG.To ensure the stability during operation process,the finite element model was built of the transmission shaft,and dynamic characteristic was analyzed.The test results show that the transmission shaft will not resonance with the gear,the vibration mode will not influence the operation process of tractor.The structure of tractor was stable.
