防风式枸杞植保机的研制与试验

摘    要:针对目前枸杞植保作业中存在飘移严重、喷雾质量差、作业效率低等问题,设计了一款枸杞专用植保机,采用防风翼、智能喷雾控制系统、风送辅助系统、调节机构及大容量药箱等解决枸杞植保中存在的问题。试验结果表明:机器防风性能、喷雾质量、作业效率都符合设计要求,具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract:In view of the problems of serious drift,poor spray quality and low efficiency in the plant protection of wolfberry,a special plant protection machine for wolfberry is designed.This machine solves problems in wolfberry plant protection by windbreak,intelligent spray control system,wind assisted system,regulating mechanism and large capacity medicine box.The test shows that the wind proof performance,the spray quality and the efficiency of the machine meet the design requirements.This paper introduces the overall design scheme of the machine,the design and selection of key mechanisms and components,and the performance test of the prototype.
