钻头结构对烟苗移栽成穴质量影响的研究

摘    要:为探究叶片式钻头结构对成穴质量的影响,以自行设计的叶片式钻头为研究对象,通过理论及试验的研究方法探究钻尖结构、螺旋升角、螺旋叶片高度和叶片旋向对钻头成穴质量的影响。结果表明:三角形钻尖与锥形钻尖钻头(E1、E2)在工作时的振动加速度分别为31.55、10.89m/s 2;螺旋叶片高度为80、100、120mm(E3、E4、E5)时,排土量分别为298.29、325.96、436.96g;正向与反向叶片钻头(E2、E3)排土量分别为154.43、298.29g,附土量分别为105.60、31.07g,振动加速度分别为10.89、9.96 m/s 2。在钻头结构为锥形钻尖、螺旋升角为60°、螺旋叶片高度为120mm、瓦片式叶片为反向时,成穴质量最佳。研究可为烟苗井窖式移栽叶片式成穴钻头的优化提供参考。

Abstract:In order to explore the influence of blade bit structure on Caving quality,this paper studies the influence of bit structure on Caving quality through theoretical and experimental studies based on the parameters of drill tip structure,helical angle,helical blade height and blade rotation direction.The test results show that the vibration acceleration of triangular drill point and conical drill point(E1,E2)are 4.97 and 5.95 m/s 2 respectively when idling,31.55 and 10.89 m/s 2 respectively when working.The best performance of drill bit when helical angle is 60 degrees.The amount of soil discharged when the height of helical blade is 80,100 and 120 mm(E3,E4,E5).They are 298.29,325.96 and 436.96g,respectively,and 154.43 and 298.29g for forward and directional blade bits(E2 and E3),105.60 and 31.07 g for attached soil,and 10.89 and 9.96 m/s 2 for vibration acceleration,respectively.In the design of pit-type transplanting blade drill bit for tobacco seedling,conical drill point can be used,helical lift angle is 60 degrees,helical blade height is 120 mm,and reverse tile blade can be used.This paper can provide a reference for the structural design of blade drill bit for pit transplanting of tobacco seedlings.
