摘    要:开发了一套基于超声波靶标探测的果园变量喷药控制系统,采用超声波传感器列阵探测果树靶标,通过对调压阀的PID调节来稳定管道压力,通过高压电磁阀的PWM驱动来调节喷头施药量,实现了果园对靶变量施药。喷药主控制系统以西门子S7-224XP作为控制核心,电磁阀驱动模块控制核心采用mega16单片机,二者通过485总线进行数据交互。果园施药试验结果表明:系统可以在一定程度上稳定管道压力,并根据果树靶标探测数据实现了变量施药,单喷头流量调节最大误差为9.5%。

Abstract:According to the current status of orchard spraying,a pesticide spraying control system which is based on ultrasonic target detection and used in orchards was designed.The system detects the target of fruit trees by ultrasonic sensors,keeps the pressure of the sprayer stable by controlling the regulating valve,and regulates the flow of nozzle by driving Solenoid valve with PWM wave,while realize the target variable spraying of fruit garden,thus,the machine can conduct variable spraying according to the target detection results.The S7-224xp PLC is used as the control core of the main spray control system,the mega16 microcomputer is used as the control core of the solenoid valve drive module,and the two data exchange through a 485 bus,the data between them is exchanged through 485 bus.Variable spraying experiments were carried out with the system,the results show that stabilize the pipeline pressure to a certain extent,and can realize variable application according to the target size of fruit trees,the maximum error of single nozzle flow regulation is 9.5%.
