摘    要:为探究果园静电风送喷雾机与传统风送喷雾机性能差异,预估施药过程各运行参数之间的相互关系,根据风送喷雾机试验方法国家标准,对3WFQ-1600型传统风送果园喷雾机和3WFQD-1600型静电风送果园喷雾机进行雾滴垂直分布对比试验,对喷雾距离、喷雾压力、喷头型号和冠层垂直高度进行不同水平设定并进行试验,运用SPSS软件分析...

Abstract:In order to explore the difference between the performance of the orchard electrostatic air sprayer and the traditional air sprayer,the relationship between the operating parameters of the application process is estimated.According to the national standard of the air spray sprayer test method,the traditional wind transfer of 3WFQ-1600 is adopted.The orchard sprayer and the 3WFQD-1600 electrostatic wind orchard sprayer were used to carry out the vertical distribution test of the droplets.The spray distance,spray pressure,nozzle type and canopy vertical height were set and tested at different levels,and the SPSS software was used to analyze the fog.The amount of droplet deposition and the distribution of droplet deposition.The test results show that the 3WFQ-1600 traditional wind-driven orchard sprayer has no significant effect on the droplet deposition distribution in the range of 1.0-2.0m spray distance,and the target height has the greatest influence on the droplet deposition.3WFQD-1600 electrostatic wind transmission the sprayer has no significant effect on the droplet deposition distribution in the range of spray pressure 1.0~2.0MPa,and the target height has the greatest influence on the droplet deposition.3WFQD-1600 electrostatic air sprayer and 3WFQ-1600 traditional wind orchard sprayer In contrast,the droplets are more concentrated due to the electrostatic field force,and the vertical distribution uniformity is relatively stable.Through the exploration of the performance of traditional wind-driven orchard sprayer and electrostatic air sprayer,it provides a technical reference for the application of orchard.
