加速科技成果转化助力农业绿色发展 ——以河北省农林科学院植物保护研究所成果转化示范基地为例

如何加速农业科技成果转化是我国农业发展亟待解决的难题之一。文章以河北省农林科学院植物保护研究所(以下简称“植保所”)两个典型的成果转化示范基地为例,介绍了基地开展成果转化取得的主要成效和经验做法,并从完善激励机制、确保企业主导地位、打造农业高端产品和创新服务模式等方面提出了加强基地成果转化工作的建议,以加速科技成果转化,助力农业绿色发展。

Accelerating the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements to Promote the Green Development of Agriculture,Taking Achievement Transformation Base of Plant Protection Institute of Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as an Example

Accelerating the transformation of agricultural science and technology achievements is one of the urgent problems to be solved in agricultural development in China.Taking two typical scientific and technological service demonstration bases of Plant Protection Institute,Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences as examples,the main results and experiences of the base construction were introduced in the paper.In order to strengthen the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements and the construction of demonstration bases,suggestions were put forward from improving the incentive mechanism,clarifying the leading position of enterprises,creating high-end agricultural products,and innovating service models.
