| 摘 要： | 采用系统的方法,对黑龙江垦区国营农场管理系统进行了描述和分析。介绍并论述了国营农场管理系统的现状,提出了目前黑龙江垦区农场管理系统中存在的主要问题和相应的对策,认为需要加强生产管理子系统中生产队的建设;加强企业文化建设,创造有特色的企业文化精神;加强信息构通工作;加强农场适应外部环境的能力。

| Abstract: | In this thesis, systematical theory is applied to describe and analyse state farm management system in Heilong Jiang reclamation area. The management system consist of management organization , production management, management information and social psychology sub-systems as well as their environment. The management organization sub-system plays the centric role among all sub-systems. The structure and function of this sub-system afacts other sub-systems' structure aud function. The thesis also.describes the current condition of the state farm management system . In the final part author indicates problems of the farm management system and suggests the ways of improvement. |
