四川烟叶与津巴布韦烟叶的致香物质分析与对比

摘    要:利用GC/MS对优质津巴布韦烟叶与具有代表性的四川烟叶进行分析,共检出101种烟草重要香味成分;通过分析对比后发现,四川烟叶相对含量普遍偏少的重要致香物质有异戊醇、面包酮、2,3-丁二醇、巴豆酸、γ-丁内酯、5-甲基糠醛、2-乙酰基吡咯、α-松油醇、胡薄荷酮、5-羟甲基糠醛、香芹酮、乙酸苯乙酯、茄尼酮、β-二氢突厥烯酮、α-紫罗兰酮、香叶基丙酮、β-紫罗兰酮、二氢弥猴桃内酯、巨豆三烯酮(A、B、C、D)、十四酸甲酯、十四酸、园柚酮、十六酸甲酯,十六酸等33种;并对这些香味成分进行感官评吸,找出对四川烟叶香气有很好作用的致香成分物质,为今后卷烟加料加香提供理论依据。

Abstract:101 kinds of important aroma components were detected in the Sichuan tobacco and high quality Zimbabwe tobacco leaves by SDE-GC/MS.After being compared,the absence or low quantity contents of 33 kinds of aroma components in Sichuan tobacco leaves were located as follows: such as Isoamyl alcohol,2-Methylterafuran-3-one,2,3-butanediol,methylcrolonic-acid,γ-butyrolactone,5-methyl-furfural,hexanoic-acid,2-acetylpyrrole,phenylaceti-cacid,α-terpineol,pulegone,5-hydroxymethyl-furfural,carvone,phenethyl acetate,,β-damascenone,β-damscone,α-ionone,piperonyl acetone,β-ionone,dihydro-actinidiolide,megastigmatrienone,methyl-myristate,telradecanoic-acid,nootkatone,2,6,10-trimethyl-2,6,10-penladectrien-14-one,methyl-hexadecanoato,hexadecanoic acid et al.After some smoke analysis,the good aroma components which would be benefit to the flavor of Sichuan tobacco leaves were found and provided a theoritical guidance for adding essences and flavors.
