摘    要:采用不同剂量12C6+辐照4个玉米自交系,对M3代稳定变异株系籽粒进行粗蛋白及蛋白质组分、赖氨酸、粗脂肪和粗淀粉含量的测定和比较,并分析品质性状间的相关关系.结果表明:玉米株系A20和B20的粗蛋白含量、A10和A15的赖氨酸含量、B30和C30的粗脂肪含量、B15和B20的粗淀粉含量与各自对照相比都有显著提高(P0.05);辐照后蛋白质各组分含量的变化较复杂;辐照后得到4个高赖氨酸株系、5个高脂肪株系和1个高淀粉株系;.相关分析表明,除谷蛋白与蛋白各组分及粗脂肪、粗淀粉与粗脂肪及球蛋白、赖氨酸与清蛋白及球蛋白和粗脂肪间均呈负相关外,其余性状间两两均呈正相关,且醇溶蛋白和粗蛋白含量对赖氨酸、粗脂肪、粗淀粉的关系中表现一致,说明重离子辐照对玉米自交系营养品质的提高有重要作用.

Abstract:In order to study grain nutritional quality in mutant lines which were selected from M3 generations of four maize inbred lines irradiated with 12C6+,the crude protein and protein component,lysine,crude fat and crude starch content were determined and compared.A correlation was analyzed among quality characters.The results showed that some lines had a higher content when compared with the control,as crude protein in A20 and B20,lysine in A10 and A15,crude fat in B30 and C30,crude starch in B15 and B20.Some lines were obtained as 4lines with lysine content≥0.04g·100g-1,5lines with crude fat content≥5.50 g·100g-1 and one lines with crude starch content≥75.00g·100g-1.Correlation analysis showed that there were a negative relationship between glutelin and albumin,globin,gliadin and crude fat content,between crude starch and crude fat and globin content,and between lysine and albumin,globin and crude fat.A positive relationship was found among other characters.Gliadin and coarse protein content had the same effect on lysine,crude fat and crude starch content.The results suggested that heavy ion irradiation had a potential effect for improving nutritional quality in grains of maize inbred lines.
