提高烟片加料回潮机出口含水率CPK值

滚筒式烟片加料回潮机由于料尾部分流量的减少，造成筒体内容积比发生明显的变化，因此料尾部分烟片存在含水率不稳定、料尾含水率超标的烟片量偏大等问题，在一定程度上影响了加料后烟片含水率的均匀性。为此，通过设计改进试验方案，调节料尾阶段蒸汽阀门开度和关闭顺序及时间，最终确定了最佳改进方案。实际运行结果表明，该控制方式稳定可靠，满足了生产的实际需要和质量部门提高过程精度的要求，烟片加料含水率CPK值可以保持在1．33以上，满足了技术指标。

Improvement of the Control Style of Tail Lamina by Cylinder Type Lamina Casing Cylinder

The problem of unstable moisture content and superseale of moisture content of tail lamina was existing because of prominent change in cylinder volume ratio of cylinder type lamina casing cylinder and the decreasing flow rate of tail lamina. To a certain extent, the uniformity of moisture content of lamina after casing was affected. So the design of experiments was established through regulate opening and closing sequence and timing of steam valve door. Actual operating results showed that the control style was stable and reliable, satifying the requirement of actual production and precision,the CPK value of moisture content of casing lamina could exceed 1.33, satisfying technology indicators.
