| 摘 要： | 研究了60~70日龄、体重20~25 kg的肉羊,在基础日粮中分别添加1000 mg.kg-1、1500 mg.kg-1、2000 mg.kg-1硫酸锌为期60 d条件下血液酶活性的变化。结果表明:血清锌含量与日粮锌水平呈强相关;血清碱性磷酸酶(AKP)及其同工酶(ISO-AKP)活性在添加1000 mg.kg-1条件下显著增强,超过此剂量活性减弱;血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)和磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)活性随日粮锌水平提高而增强。表明日粮高锌对动物代谢具有显著的影响。 |

| Abstract: | The activity of serum enzymes were studied with mutton sheep aged 60~70 d,weighted 20~25 kg and added 1 000 mg·kg-1、1 500 mg·kg-1 and 2 000 mg·kg-1 zinc sulfphate respectively on basic diet during 60 d's observation.The results are as follows: ① There is a positive linear relationship between the content of Zn in daily diet and that in serum;②Activity of AKP and iso-AKP increases significantly with supplemental Zn dosed 1 000 mg·kg-1,but decreases when added Zn is over the dosage;and ③Activity of GPT and CPK are strengthened with increased level of Zn in daily diet.These results indicate the significant influences of high Zn dient on metabolism of the mutton sheep. |
