芝麻种质资源耐渍性鉴定及评价

摘    要:采用人工灌水和自然渍害相结合的大田试验方法,以萎蔫率、死株率、生长速度、茎点枯病感病率和产量为指标,对我国芝麻种质资源进行了系统的鉴定和综合评定。初步明确了我国芝麻种质资源的耐渍性分布情况;分析了芝麻耐渍性与地理纬度、品种的生物学性状、根系发育的关系;评选出湖北红洋芝麻、地壳黄、迟芝麻、缅甸黑芝麻、河南一号、湖北毛秆糙、江西山芝麻、贵州岑巩白芝麻、晴隆白芝麻、印度Gouri等10个耐渍性强的抗原材料。

Abstract:The sesame germplasm resource of China were identificated and evaluated under condition of artifical irrigation and natural waterlogging in fields.The indexes adopted in the tests were,plant wilting rate,plant death percentage,plant growth speed,the incidence of diseased plant s(Maoroph-omina phaseolina)and yield losses.Based on data obtained,the distribution of waterlogging tolerable cultivars in China was preliminarily understood The telationship among sesame waterlogging tolerance with latitudes,cultivaries biological characteristics and root development were also analysed.10 high resistant to waterlogging cultivars "Hubei hong yang" ,"Di-kehuang" ,"Late ripening sesame" ,"Burma black sesame" ,"Henan No.1 " ,"Hubei mao gan cao" ,"Jiangxi shan" ,"Guizhou yien gongbai" ,"Qing long bai" and "Indian Gouri" have been identif icated from 3118 sesame cultivars and lines.
