谷物在纵向轴流滚筒脱粒空间中的运动状态分析

摘    要:以4LZ-3型自走式联合收获机纵向轴流滚筒为研究对象,将滚筒分为喂入段、脱粒段和分离段,在合理假设的基础上,考虑摩擦力的作用,对各段谷物运动状态加以分析,给出了各段谷物运动的绝对速度、相对速度和轴向速度的计算公式.结果显示,谷物沿轴向运动的条件是:喂入段的螺旋角应小于谷物与螺旋叶片摩擦角的余角;脱粒段和分离段的螺旋角应小于谷物与导向板的摩擦角.

Abstract:The axial flow threshing roller of 4LZ-3 combine harvester was divided into three sectors:feeding sector,threshing sector and separation sector. The movement of cereal passing through each sector was analyzed based on reasonable assumptions. Subsequently,formulas of absolute velocity,relative velocity and axial direction velocity were deduced considering the friction force. The results show that the helix angle of feeding sector should be smaller than the complementary angle of friction angle between cereal...
