玉米精播机圆管式气吸排种装置试验研究

摘    要:提出了一种适用于玉米精播机的圆管式气吸排种装置,介绍了结构和原理.通过实验研究分析了吸种管转速、吸种孔孔径和真空度对排种效果的影响.与目前普遍采用的垂直圆盘气吸排种器相比,圆管式气吸排种装置结构简单、转动力矩小,可降低滑移率,简化了气路结构,减少了气压损失环节,可以降低负压风机功率.

Abstract:This paper proposed a kind of cylindric tube air-suction seed metering device suitable for corn precision seeder,introduced the structure and the principle.The experiments analysis the influence of rotational speed of the attracting seed tube.diameter of the attracting seed hole and degree of vacuum on seeding effection.Comparing with the vertical disc air-suction seed metering device which uses generally at present,the cylindric tube air-suction seed metering device structure simply,the torque smaller can reduce the slipping rate,reduced the barometric pressure loss link,so can reduce the negative pressure air blower power.
