| 摘 要： | 绵羊和山羊是对外部环境适应性很强的家畜,在乡村很容易饲养,而且饲养成本很低。到目前为止,在中国饲养肉羊对农民来说依然是一项投资少见效快的产业。笔者从肉羊的生产、贸易和产业政策等几个方面来全面分析中国的肉羊产业。

| Abstract: | Sheep and goats are livestocks well adapted to different environments with the characteristics of broad eating patterns,able to utilise low quality roughages,and overall hardiness.Raising sheep and goats as a business requires less investment,has a quick turnover,and offers stable and high returns.This paper provides an overall picture of sheep production and trade in China. |
