TDY102工艺参数优化试验研究

摘    要:运用正交试验对 T D Y102 电刷镀层耐磨性进行了回归试验研究,找到了影响镀层耐磨性的主要因素,建立了数学模型。 T D Y102 电刷镀层耐磨性数学模型为: Y1 = 27 .58 + 0 .37 Z1- 0 .63 Z2 - 0 .00125 Z1 Z2 ;硬度数学模型为: Y2 = 409 .66 - 1 .7875 Z1 + 8 .49 Z2 - 0 .075 Z1 Z2 。工艺参数对电刷镀层耐磨性和硬度影响的主次顺序为:相对速度> 工作电压> 工作电压与相对速度的交互作用。

Abstract:Study on the antiabrasion and hardness of TDY102 brush plating was conducted by orthogonal experiment.The mathematical formula of wearability of the cladding material and technological parameters is Y 1=27.58 0.37Z 1-0.63Z 2-0.00125Z 1Z 2;the mathematical formula of hardness of the cladding material and technological parameters is:Y 2=409.66-1.7875Z 1 8.49Z 2-0.075Z 1Z 2.The order of the effect on wearability and hardness of the cladding material caused by technological parameters is:relative speed>operating voltage>interaction of operating voltage and relative speed.
