日本厚皮香的扦插繁殖及光照强度对其幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:2000年3月,在杭州市园林文物局苗圃进行了日本厚皮香(Ternstroemia japonica)的春季扦插试验及光照强度对幼苗生长影响试验。结果表明,日本厚皮香可当年生根,且成活率高,经500 mg/kg ABT生根粉处理5s,成活率可达88.3%;光照强度试验结果表明,不同的光照强度对日本厚皮香幼苗生长产生了不同的影响,82%的遮光率下,日本厚皮香幼苗生长表现最好。

Abstract:Experiments were conducted on cutting in spring and light intensity on seedling growth of Ternstroemia japonica in Hangzhou Nursery in 2000.The results showed that cuttings could root in the current year with high survival rate.The survival rate of the cuttings reached 88.3% after treatment of 500 mg/kg ABT for 5 seconds.Light intensity test indicated that different intensity had different effect on the growth of T.japonica seedlings,and the best growth was under 82% shading rate.
