| 摘 要： | 丽水12种野生木兰科植物的种子采集,须等蓇葖果由红色变褐色,微裂时才能采集,然后进行种粒脱出、外种皮搓洗,获得的种子用0.3%~0.5%的高锰酸钾或0.15%的福尔马林溶液浸种30 min,然后阴干再沙藏或播种;丽水地区播种时间以每年3月为宜,出苗后6-8月搭遮荫棚,生长季节追肥2~3次,以N肥为主,配合P、K肥,翌年春移栽1年生苗木,以株行距0.3 m×0.5 m为宜。

| Abstract: | Collecting wild seed of 12 specise of Magnoliaceae in Lishui,Zhejiang province should be done when follicele turns to brown and a little cracked.After washing episperm,seed needs to be treated 30 minutes by 0.3%-0.5% of potassium permanganate or 15% of formaldehyde.Then,seeds should be dried in shade and stored in sand or sowed in March.From June to Auguest,seedlings should be shaded.Additionaal fertilization would be taken during growth season for tow or three times,dominated by N,with P and K.Transplantat... |
