CAD技术在泥浆泵水力设计中的应用

摘    要:结合泥浆泵发展的特点和计算机技术在机械行业中的应用现状,用先进的二次开发工具进行了泥浆泵的计算机辅助水力设计的研究,将面向对象的应用软件开发方法成功地运用于泥浆泵的辅助设计中。通过所开发的CAD模块的实际运动,设计过程变得简单而又直观,设计结果达到了较高的精度。该程序模块适用于泥浆泵的水力并有着较高的推广价值,从集成化的角度来考虑,该模块也能满足再开发的需要。

Abstract:In view of the development of mud pump and the background of computer application in engineering industry, research of computer-aided hydraulic design of mud pump has been done with an advanced developing tool, and object-oriented developing technique successfully applied in computer-aided design of mud pump. With practical application of the CAD module developed, the process of design is made simpler and more explicit; the precision of design is improved simultaneously. So the module is applicable to hydraulic design of mud pump and is worth to be generalized. What's more, the module can be used as a developed base to satisfy further needs of progress of computer integrated manufacturing system.
